The company has achieved newer milestones under the leadership of the co-founders Mr. Ashwani Singla and Mr. Ajay Singhal. Depending on the usage, we manufacture different kinds of rotogravure cylinders. These include flexible rotogravure cylinder for packing, rotogravure cyliner for vinyl flooring decoration as well as wallpaper designs. These products are made with maximum effort put on quality to ensure that they meet the standards required by the customers.
At Singla Engravures, we have total control over the production of work as all processes are done in house at Ghaziabad (Delhi/NCR). We have experienced staff who undertakes each aspect from design and pre- press to production and quality inspection. Our state-of-the-art facilities have all the necessary equipment for creating imaged base shells, multilayer copper plating, engraving, and polish as well as chrome plating and proofing. Each cylinder undergoes an intense series of quality controls before it is sent out to ensure that it is to the specification of our clients.
